20: 1200-23-01-.03(5)(a)6. Bin of chopped cabbage sitting out at room temperature 70F. Person in charge stated new employee forgot to place in refrigerator. Cut leafy greens must be refrigerated at 41F or below. Food was discarded as a precaution.

26: 1200-23-01-.07(1) Spray bottle unlabeled. Person in charge stated it contains fabulouso cleaner. Ensure all toxics are properly labeled.

46: Obtain drain plugs for three compartment sink. Use instead of plastic to plug sinks.

47: Food debris/build up on refrigerator handles. Clean on a routine basis to prevent contamination.

49: Handwash sink faucet is leaking. Repair leak

53: Floor tile missing at back handwash sink where grease trap is. Replace missing tile.

54: Cut watermelon in walk in person in charge stated is for employee food. Store employee food in designated area seperate from retail food.
