Received complaint in regards to a customer ordered 5 sausage and biscuits. The sausage and biscuits came out cold both meat and bread. Customer states that employee took food back inside twice and tried to fix it. Customer stated that the food was the same and not fresh. Customer stated that they got sick from sausage and biscuit 30 minutes after eating food. Only symptom stated was nausea.
Temperatures: Cooked Sausage Patty 166 F Hot Holding.
Sausage is frozen. Cold Holding in RIF at -1.
Employees washing hands as required. PIC stated that Sonic policy is any food brought back in from customer is discarded immediately. Employees appeared healthy, no sickness. Investigation concludes no possible cause for illness.
