8: No paper towels seen at the hand sink in the kitchen or in the employee restroom.

14: Tong was hanging on the splash guard of the hand sink. Employee attempted to put on the clean dish shelf. C/A removed to 3-sink.

20: Large container of par-cooked wings sitting out uncovered 62*F. Pre-cooked yesterday around 5, sitting on top of ice but not in the ice.

26: Unlabeled spray bottle with a soapy chemical on the storage shelf.

34: No thermometers seen in any of the coolers.

35: In the storage area where the containers for the flour, meal, sauce are stored these are not labeled .

37: Inside the deep freezers raw meats are being stored in kroger or other grocery store bags.

39: Dirty wet towel on the dirty end of the 3-sink, has gnats crawling on it. Also, the curtain that separates the kitchen from the front area has a buildup of food debris on it.

41: The handles for the meal, flour and sauce are touching the product in the storage area.

43: The shelf where the to go containers are stored is dirty.

45: All of the dishes on the clean end of the drain board have grease buildup or debris on them.

46: The 3-sink is set up with the sanitizer only, the chlorine reads 75 ppm.

47: The containers used to storethe batter, used for the raw meats and fish has caked up batter inside and outside of the containers. Also, all around the 2-door cooler is buildup of a black substance.
