6: Observed employee take off second layer of gloves then leave the grill station, then leave the kitchen, and then return to the grill station with the same first layer of gloves. Observed employee put on a new layer of gloves instead of washing their hands COS discussed with pic and employee, employee removed all gloved and washed hands.

19: See food temps - pic stated the sausage gravy was on the steam well for 2 hr and everything else was in temp. Cos by pic discarding gravy and start to reheat more.

36: Flies in the kitchen and the back door slightly proped open.

47: Food debris build up on the handles of walkins and reach in coolers and freezers.

49: Hose attached to faucet in the mop sink does not have backflow device
