20: Items in reach in cooler TCS and Non-TCS are not holding at adequate temperatures. Employee states that cooler has been closed for apx 2.5h. Unit turned down to assist in cold holding temperatures. Will return to observed cooler holding TCS items at 41° of below. Unit thermometer is reading at 20° and is located at top shelf close to condenser blower. Suggestion to move thermometer lower in cooler to observe more adequate temperature read in unit recommended.
37: Shelving in reach in cooler has food debris, milk leak present. Cleanin required.
43: Bagged paper plates stored on floor. Store all establishment products at least 6” off ground to prevent contamination.
53: Damage to kitchen floor; food splatter to walls.
