20: Both fridges not readig proper coldholding temperatures, ambient temps 50°f. Told PIC to place TCS foods to freezer or igloo with ice until fridges are worked on and cold holding at 41° or below.

26: Clear liquid in spray bottle, bottom cleaning rack under the sink, is not labled. Discussed this violation has already been noted on two consecutive inspections, food permit could be up for revocation.
Discussed implementing a Food Safety Plan (FSP) in order to obtain active managerial control over repeated priority violations. Advised operator I was available to assist with developing a FSP.
