6: Employee changed gloves without washing hands after being in wic and walking away from line. Also dryed hands on towel being used to grab hot items then put on gloves. Employee wiped gloved hands on towel stuck in apron and went back to preparing food

20: True ric not in temperature. Through out chicken wings and ceviche. Other items moved to wic or placed on ice

Additional Comments

Trained on cooling techniques. Establishment had refried beans in large round plastic cointainers left out to cool. They temped at 143° so still in temp.
