Responded to complaint: checked physical kitchen and storage areas. I didn't observe any droppings or rat /mice activity in kitchen. Observed food debris underneath coolers but staff were actively cleaning upon arrival. Cooks pest control last came May 9th and will be back this week for their scheduled pest control. Discussed with Person in Charge who stated that they've been here for 8 months and haven't seen any rat/mice activity. Person in Charge will send cooks pest control report for this month once they come by. Discussed with two residents whether they've seen rats/mice on the property and both stated that they've never had issues with pests
