52: Observed GFCI outlet closest to the emergency spa shut off is not working properly.
Unable to demonstrate GFCI in proper working condition. Corrective Actions: GFCI electrical outlets must work properly.
All lights in the pool must be connected to a GFCI and the GFCI must be able to test and work properly.
Additional Comments
Pool is closed. Ensure all pool gate doors are locked and pool closure signage is in place. Do not open until written permission from Tarrant County Public Health.
