Corrective Actions: Dish machine must have adequate sanitizer (bleach) of 50-100PPM at all times to properly sanitize dishware. Must correct before opening.

19: Observed missIng air gaps at the plumbing lines throughout kitchen.
Corrective Actions: Must properly plumb kitchen plumbing lines.

20: Observed wastewater back up at the dish machine, 3comp sink and handwashing sink drain.
Corrective Actions: Must repair wastewater backup. Must provide receipt of repairs before calling for re opening.

33: Observed dish machine sanitizer (bleach) at 0PPM with bleach chemical dispense container empty and no back up.
Corrective Actions: Ensure bleach sanitizer is at 50-100PPM at all times. Must correct before opening.
