8: The gaskets on reach in coolers are unclean with food debris. Corrective Actions: Clean and sanitize reach in cooler gaskets. Maintain clean.
23: There is no hot water throughout the establishment. Corrective Actions: Establishment was closed by agreement of manager, city of Hurst officials, and health department. Repair company has already arrived and issue is getting corrected.
45: There is a gap under the back door. Corrective Actions: Assure that there is no gap under the back door. It allows for insect and rodent entry.
