44: Observd broken and chipped deck flooring around the pool.
Corrective Actions: Must repair broken deck flooring.

47: Observed missing weirs in the skimmers throughout the pool.
Corrective Actions: Must repair/replace weirs.

56: Observed back wash pipe without a proper air gap.
Corrective Actions: Must have back wash pipe properly plumbed with a proper air gap.

57: Observed metal fill spout end slightly exposed underneath soft covering.
Corrective Actions: Must have entire fill spout with a soft pliable end.

61: Observed the following statements not provided on the pool rules signage. Hours of operation not in 1 inch lettering. Maximum used load statement not in 2 inch lettering. “PETS IN THE POOL ARE PROHIBITED” in 2 inch lettering. “DO NOT SWIM IF YOU HAVE BEEN ILL WITH DIARRHEA WITHIN THE PAST 2 WEEKS” in minimum 2 inch lettering. “CHANGING DIAPERS WITHIN 6 FEET OF THE POOL IS PROHIBITED” in minimum 2 inch lettering. “GLASS ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL YARD” in minimum 2 inch lettering. “PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 14 MUST NOT BE IN THE POOL WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION” in minimum 2 inch lettering.
Corrective Actions: Must have the required pool statements on the pool rules signage.

101: Observed gaps greater than 4 inches at every other fence post gap around the entire pool enclosure.
Corrective Actions: Must have gaps less than 4 inches.

102: Observed a hand rail less than 36 inches away from the fence.
Corrective Actions: Must have structures at least 36 inches away from the fence.

Additional Comments

Okay to open per Tarrant County Public Health. Must repair light as soon as a light replacement has been received. Pool operator provided me proper documentation regarding the pool light not being an electrical hazard when lights are tested on the GFCI. See attached document.
