22: Unable to provide food handler documentation for the employees on site. Corrective Actions: Must obtain food handler documentation for all food handling employees.
28: Observed no date markings on shredded mozzarella, pasta sauce, and cut veggies in the walk in cooler. Corrective Actions: Must date mark all food items that are kept for longer than 24 hours.
