7: Observed: ice machine is unclean with a mold-like substance inside where ice drops down. Corrective Actions: Empty all ice. Clean and sanitize the onside of the ice machine before returning to use.
18: Observed: container of yellow liquid stored with chemicals was unlabeled. Corrective Actions: Ensure that all containers of product are labeled as to contents. Person responsible for cleaning said that it ins a cleaning product from another location in an empty water container. Ensure all such containers are labeled as to contents. Do not reuse containers….use new, empty containers, and to not change what chemical is stored in a container.
21: Observed: there was no Food Manager Certifird person on site. Corrective Actions: Ensure that there is a Food Manager Certified person on site, as required by Food Code.
35: Observed: an employee was snacking and drinking a beverage at the counter while on duty. Corrective Actions: Employees may not eat or drink at areas used for food service.
