26: 114018, 114020 Frozen prepackaged octopus, fish and etc. observed thawing in standing water by the prep sink. Corrected by thawing under cold running water.
A bus tub of frozen fish balls observed on racks thawing at room temperature. Corrected by relocating food back to the refrgierator. Corrected.
