Observations & Corrective Actions
4: 113977, 114256 (a) Employees' drinks stored on top of the prep station by the back door. Provide cup with tight fitting lid and straw and store all the employee drinks to the designated area (below or away from food or food related products) today.
6: 113953, 113953.1, 113953.2, 114067(f), 114143(e) 2 handwash sinks were semi blocked by push carts and trash bins. Corrected.
7: 113996, 113998, 114037 Major Violation:
A pan of raw shell eggs on ice observed at self service area. Raw shell eggs measured at 58-60F. Ice was not in contact with the bottom of the pan. Per employee, raw shell eggs have been out on ice for 2 hours. Corrected by relocating back to refrigerator.
Minor Violation:
The following potentially hazardous foods were found out of proper holding temperature (self service area):
- cooked pig ear at 44F
- soy sauce noodle at 50F
- cut honeydew at 44F
Maintain all potentially hazardous food at or below 41F at all times. Correct immediately.
23: 113903, 114259, 114259.1, 114259.4, 114259.5 Couple flies observed hovering inside the main kitchen area. Several glue traps were hung in main kitchen area. Eliminate fly issue immediately. A fly trap device was installed right above reach-in cooler (far left side). Only install fly trap device in approved area. If you have fly issue, please contact your pest control company.
