Wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry inside ice machine and nozzles. Correct immediately. Observed old food debris on can opener and meat slicer. Store bags of fries and pre-cooked food items above raw meat. Correct immediately. Observed 1 uncovered tray of baked caked stored below prep counter (left of cooking equipment). Cover all food items below prep counter. Correct immediately.
