8: MFC 5-205.11 The hand sink directly inside the kitchen doorway is blocked with brooms and trash can making it less accessible to wash hands.
13: MFC 3-302.11 (A) (1-2) There are multiple items in the fridge that are uncovered, such as the tenderloin and the burritos. This can lead to cross contamination and contamination from the air (dust/dirt/flies).

The cappuccino machine has an accumulation of substances on the underside where the spouts are. This is a previous core violation that has been moved up to a priority per Polk county food ordinance.

Over all there is much cleaning that needs to be done. The items listed as priority need to be corrected by 4-29-24, the other items need to be corrected as soon as possible but no later than the next routine inspection.
