Corrective Actions: HYDRATE IN THE REFRIGERATOR IF HYDRATING FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS.
Shall maintain TCS food at 41°F at all times except during preparation, cooking, or cooling or when time as public health control is being used. Food shall be rapidly chilled to 41°F < 4 hours and shall discard if >4 hours.

Observed improper hands and arms cleaning procedure. ACCUMULATED DEBRIS/BLACK BUILD-UP ON KITCHEN SOAP DISPERSER UNIT.
Corrective Actions: Food employees shall use the following cleaning procedure in the order stated to clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms, including surrogate prosthetic devices for hands and arms: rinse under clean, running warm water; apply an amount of cleaning compound recommended by the cleaning compound manufacturer; rub together vigorously for at least 10 to 15 seconds while paying particular attention to removing soil from underneath the fingernails during the cleaning procedure, and creating friction on the surfaces of the hands and arms or surrogate prosthetic devices for hands and arms, finger tips, and areas between the fingers; thoroughly rinse under clean, running warm water; and immediately follow the cleaning procedure with thorough drying using a method as specified under §228.175(c) (Relating to approved hand drying methods).

Observed a Food Establishment operating without a valid City of Plano Food Establishment Permit. FOOD PERMIT EXPIRED NOVEMBER 30TH 2023.
Corrective Actions: A person may not operate a food establishment without a valid permit or license to operate issued by the regulatory authority. Each food establishment must possess one of the following permits issued by the regulatory authority: Annual Permit. Cease operation until written permission to operate has been given by the City of Plano Health Department.

Corrective Actions: Except for containers holding food that can be readily and unmistakably recognized such as dry pasta, working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the food establishment, such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices, and sugar shall be identified with the common name of the food.

Corrective Actions: THOROUGLY CLEAN KITCHEN WALLS AND FLOORS.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Except for cleaning that is necessary due to a spill or other accident cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed such as after closing. Shall clean when the least amount of food is exposed and as often as necessary to maintain facility clean.

Observed toilet room DOOR that is NOT self-closing.
Corrective Actions: Except where a toilet room is located outside a food establishment and does not open directly into the food establishment such as a toilet room that is provided by the management of a shopping mall, a toilet room located on the premises shall be completely enclosed and provided with a tight-fitting and self-closing door. Shall completely enclose toilet room and/or shall provide toilet room doors that are tight-fitting and self-closing.

Observed facility has not provided notice in a location that is conspicuous to customers that the most recent establishment inspection report is available upon request.
Corrective Actions: POST INSPECTION REPORT IN CUSTOMER VIEW.
Upon acceptance of the permit issued by the regulatory authority, the permit holder in order to retain the permit shall notify customers that a copy of the most recent establishment inspection report is available upon request by posting a sign or placard in a location in the food establishment that is conspicuous to customers or by another method acceptable to the regulatory authority. Shall post sign/placard in a conspicuous location notifying customers that a copy of the most recent health inspection is available upon request.
