6-101.11 VIOLATION OF SECTION 6-101.11 Floors, walls and ceilings are not smooth, durable, easily cleanable or nonabsorbent, or floors are improperly carpeted, specifically: THE WALL BY THE ENTRANCE TO THE BACK KITCHEN BY THE FLOOR HAS A HOLE BY THE COVING - NO LONGER SMOOTH OR EASY TO CLEAN. THE BACK SPASH WALL BEHIND THE WARESHEER IS CRACKED AND NO LONGER SMOOTH OR EASY TO CLEAN.
