Corrective Actions: REQUIRED CORRECTION: CORRECT IMMEDIATELY. An approved air gap or appropriate backflow prevention device shall be provided to preclude backflow of a contaminant into the water supply system. CORRECTED. AIR GAP HAS BEEN INSTALLED ON ONE COMPARTMENT OF 3-COMP SINK.
