How to understand the Compliance Status for each Inspection Item on the Report

• OUT: Marked when the observation made at the time of inspection was Out of Compliance.
• IN: Marked when the observations made at the time of inspection were found In Compliance.
• NO: Establishment performs an activity, but it was Not Observed during the time of inspection.
• NA: Marked when the activity does not occur in that establishment, so it is Not Applicable.
• COS: Marked when the operator corrected the violation observed by the end of the inspection.
• R: This is marked when the same violation is observed over multiple routine inspections.
