Item 11: MFC 3-101.11 Observed dented cans on storage shelf. CORRECTED. Cans were removed and discarded.
Item 39: MFC 3-304.12 Observed knives stored between crevice of the make tables. CORRECTED. All knives were removed.
Item 45: MFC 4-602.13 Observed residue build up on the outer opening of the ice machine.
Food handler cards were compliant.
County Food Code (Chapter 40, Sections 4035, and 4040.1) required that the most recent routine inspection (Display page 2) and the current Jackson food permit be posted in public view. Failure to post these in public view by the next routine inspection will result in a critical violation (2-102.11) that may result in a $110 re-inspection fee.
