Jackson County Food Code (Chapter 40, Sections 4035, and 4040.1) required that the most recent routine inspection (Display page2) and the current food permit be posted in public view. Failure to post these in public view by the next routine inspection will result in a critical violation (2-102.11) that may result in $110 re-inspection fee.
