2-2D: .07(3)(b)Observed hand washing sink not provided with paper towels. Each handwashing sink shall be provided with individual, disposable towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel, or a hand drying device. (Pf)
Corrective Actions: Person in charge replaced the battery for the paper towel dispenser and placed paper towels in the dispenser.
14B: .05(10)(e) 1,2,4Observed single use cups in package box stored directly on the floor. Cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, and single-service and single-use articles shall be stored: 1) in a clean, dry location; (C) 2) where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; (C) and 3) at least 6 inches above the floor. (C)
Corrective Actions: Person in charge placed all boxes on the shelf where the single use items were properly stored 6 inches above the floor.
15A: .05(6)(a)Observed walk in cooler door peeling from the bottom of the door. Walk In Cooler door is not in good repair. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2)of this Rule. (C)

17C: .07(2)(a)Facility has area in the front kitchen (located by the sandwich bar) where the floor needs to be re-grouted and some parts of the tile on the floor are cracked. Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. (C)
Corrective Actions: Correct Violation by 12/30/2022.
All cold holding temperatures were 41 degrees or below
All hot holding temperature were 135 degrees or above
All temperatures in compliance unless otherwise stated
An informal will occur on 12/30/2022 for the items that were not able to be corrected on site today. Please ensure all items are corrected by the above date.
