Additional Comments
All cold/hot holding temperatures assessed are in compliance unless otherwise noted.
Facility is using cook-chill ROP for pulled pork. Facility must obtain a variance/ HAACP as needed for products or all products must be removed from packaging within 48hrs. Refer to dph.georgia.gov for more information.
At least one employee that has supervisory and management responsibility in the kitchen shall be a certified food safety manager.
