Observed raw fish stored over sundried frozen tortilous and frozen desserts. Observed uncooked chicken tenders stored with tots. Must display, store, prepare, and hold foods so they are protected from cross contamination. (P)
Corrective Actions: All items were rearranged to follow separation and protection.
All cold and hot held items in compliance.
All food in freezer frozen solid.
Note: Ensure deli meats are at the correct temperature before using the deli cart (metal rolling deli cart).
