12C: .04(4)(m)Observed several wet wiping cloths stored on counter tops. Chlorine sanitizer bucket storing other wet wiping cloths at a concentration tearoom greater than 100ppm. Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be stored in sanitizer of the appropriate concentration in-between uses and laundered daily. (C)
Corrective Actions: Chlorine sanitizer diluted to a concentration of 50-100ppm. Wet wiping cloths were placed in the sanitizer bucket.
13A: .02(1)(d)The most current inspection report from 2/13/24 not on display (inspection report from 10/27/23 on display). The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. (C)
Corrective Actions: The inspection report from 10/27/23 was removed from display. Today's inspection report was provided.
17D: .07(4)(b)Observed 3 employee drinks stored with clean dishes (2 in a multi use cup and 1 in a single use cup with a lid and straw). Observed employee book bags and jackets stored with clean dishes and linens. Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be used for the orderly storage of employee clothing and other possessions. (C)
Corrective Actions: Employee drinks were discarded. Employee items relocated to a designated area
