8-2B: Observed several bottles of hand sanitizer and ecolab solution stored over drink machine syrups and with single use items. Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens and single use items.

12B: .03(5)(i)Observed two employees prepping food with beards longer than 1/2 inch. Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable hair/beard nets or approved alternatives.
Corrective Actions: Employees obtained beard guards.

Note: Ensure all sprayers in the dishwashing are have an air gap higher or right at the lip curb of the 3 compartment sink.
Note: Ensure that all produce is stored appropriately.
Note: Ensure every hand sink has a trash can.
Note: Additives are drink and ice cream flavorings such as peach, strawberry, watermelon and various purees along with vanilla extract.
