A chemical sanitizer used in a sanitizing solution for a manual or mechanical operations must meet a specified minimum concentration (for chlorine sanitizer it must be 50-100 ppm; for quat ammonia, it must be used according to the manufacturer’s specifications). 4-2B: .05(7)(a)1Observed green mold-like substance all over the ice dispenser area of the ice machine. **SECOND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION** Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf)
Corrective Actions: //Ice dispenser was cleaned and sanitized.//
Note: All cold-holding and hot-holding items were in compliance unless otherwise noted.
**NOTE: Facility has in the walk-in freezer uncooked chicken breast tenders and uncooked beef patties (beef patties are not offered on the menu at the moment). The facility is currently a risk type 1 facility. Chicken tenders were removed from the menu and the system. Chicken boxes will be returned to the supplier on their next delivery (next week). Ensure to contact your inspector with an invoice or evidence of returned items by the end of next week (3/24/2023).
*** If raw animal products are to be used, the facility must change to a risk type 2.***
Note: Facility is under a new name "Sky Zone. Per discussions with the person in charge, the facility changed names 4 weeks ago. Ensure to submit a remodel application within the next 3 business days in our Environmental Health Office located at 455 Grayson Hwy Suite 600, Lawrenceville, GA 30046.
