Corrective Actions: PIC discarded pulled pork and ground beef.
17B: .06(5)(m)Observed expired foods, food boxes, and containers stored in shopping cart located adjacent to rear kitchen entry door. Refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be stored in receptacles or waste handling units so that they are inaccessible to insects and rodents. (C)
Corrective Actions: PIC advised employee to dispose of all waste in approved refuse containers and dumpster.
COS: Employee discarded items properly.
Holding temperatures in compliance unless noted (see temperature observations, items out of compliance marked with asterisk). Equipment that is in disrepair has been removed from service.
Floors being resealed this weekend.
