1. Emergency Telephone operation shall be tested and recorded monthly and be made available to the Director or representative upon request. 2. Weekly inspection of Pool yard enclosure and gates must be recorded. 3. Inspection of working Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter for pool/spa equipment shall be tested and recorded at least one time per week and be made available to the Director or his/her representative upon request.

You must close and secure your pool immediately to the public until appropriate corrective actions are completed. The owner/operator must take immediate action to correct the hazards. Contact the Consumer Health Specialist named in this report to set up an appointment for a re-inspection. The closed facility must meet minimum standards before it can be re-opened.
